I can deliever options ranging from a brief taster session with an introduction to safety, gun handling and basic gunfit and a selection of simple targets for the complete novice right through to a complete structured course of instruction with nationally recognised certification awarded on completion.
CPSA 'Clay Shooting Experiance' - Have a go
This option allows you to Experiance clay target shooting without complications and an overload of theory.
Simply turn up and have a short briefing on safety, basic gun handling and how to hit a moving target then out on to the range for a fully supervised session on targets specifically designed for success and enjoyment. This experience is ideal for those who simply wish to have a go at clay target shooting, a fun gift or a get together with a difference. Score cards can be provided for those of you with a competitive streak.
The Experience is based on about 60 minutes for an individual up to about 2 hours for a group of 4. Certificate and button badge on Completion
Includes Qualified Instruction, all PPE, gun hire and 25 targets and cartridges per person.

CPSA 'Discover Clay Target Shooting'. Module 1
This is a Modular course which allows you the opportunity to Discover the basics about shotgun handling, safety and shooting technique.
This is the first module of the 'Shotgun Skills Program' including a briefing on safety both Clay and Game, personal protection equipment, basic gun handling skills and how to hit a moving target then out on to the range for a fully supervised session on targets specifically designed for your success and enjoyment.
This module last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.
Includes Qualified Instruction, all PPE, gun hire and 25 targets and cartridges per person.

This is a Modular course which allows you the opportunity to learn more about shotgun handling, safety and shooting technique.
2a. Detailed introduction with an Off-range theory session of about 20 minutes covering safety, gun handling, eye dominance, gunfit, mount, stance and the CPSA Method of hitting a moving target, followed by an On-range session where you can put the theory in to practice.
2b. Learn about types of Shotguns, Cartridges, Chokes and Proof. About Shotguns and the Law, Personal civil liability Insurance and gun Cleaning.
On completion of this course, modules 1, 2a and 2b you will receive a CPSA Academy Shotgun Skills certificate, showing you can safely handle a shotgun without supervision.
Recognised by CPSA affiliated and registered shooting grounds. This is Certificated evidence for Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, Shooting can be undertaken as a skill.
